Do not Rush to conclusions

If you take a gander at a feature of Google dubbed Google Trends, every now and again there’s a popular search that might be taken to mean several things. On the morning of Thursday, April 8, the term ”rush” appeared on the list, and that might be taken to mean several relevant things. A Canadian prog-rock group announced their tour first of all among other things that are similarly important. You could even rush out and put some instant money into getting tickets.

Men Working

The super group from the Great White North seems to be the only Rush really worth discussing. They’re heading out on tour pretty soon, and can be performing the entire Moving Pictures album on the road. They’ll hit numerous spots in Canada and the U.S. The big news is that part of the tour will be the New York State Fair, which makes NY state residents lucky. At my state fair we only get bad rock bands from the ‘70s and ‘80s and obscure country bands. Back to my point, Rush will perform Moving Pictures entirely, following a trend of recent years. Megadeth played the whole Rust in Peace album live when Bruce Springsteen played his whole Asbury Park album live, etc. Yes, Moving Pictures is certainly the album with Limelight and Tom Sawyer on it. Basically it is worth getting a loan to have the opportunity of seeing this show perform. (Rush tour dates here.)

Tom Fool and Xana-juice of today

No news about Rush Limbaugh. Which is a welcome relief. The other Rush that appears in a search is the Apple Rush, which is a small juice business trying to sell stock in the stock exchange. This company sells mostly apple and apple blends while also selling sparkling orange juice, and is doing really well. Although that may sound delicious (and I could use some about now) the term Rush was probably on Trends mostly because of the Band Rush and their new tour. I wish they were coming to my area; I’d love to see them live on the lighted stage.
